Born and raised in Madeira's Island (Portugal), Carolina lives through movement and Art. Her journey with movement started at a young age through dance. After completing a BA in Dance and an MA in Performing in Public Spaces, the exploration with other movement practices continued, specially the physicality and philosophy of Yoga.
In 2019, she completed a 200Hr Yoga Teacher training and started giving Hatha and Vinyasa Classes in a variety of establishments. Her classes are defined by graceful flows, heat and meaningful intentions to expand beyond the mat.
With her work she creates connections through sharing movement, kindness and ideas.
