Conference News
Greetings Delegates,
We hope you have been enjoying the conference so far! We would like to take a moment to share some information with you:
Firstly, all of our Live and pre-recorded sessions are now available online. Some of you have already watched everything! You can find all of the recordings (Aside from the Add-on topics – see below) from the Delegates Dashboard under ‘Recorded Presentations’.
Please note that the conference viewing and certificate collection deadline is at the end of May 31st (GOLD Annual Members have until June 15th).
Have you viewed all the Presentations you wish to and are ready to claim your certificate(s)? First, head to ‘Record Attendance for Certificate’. Make sure you check off any presentations you haven’t already then click the green ‘I’m Done!’ button. From there, you will be taken to our ‘Download Certificates’ page where you have your choice of claiming a CERP, Nursing CEU, Dietetic CEU and / or a CME Certificate.
We have had a common question involving claiming credit for Nancy Mohrbacher’s Keynote Presentation… if you were not logged into our website when you watched it and instead viewed her recording on the ‘public’ side of our website… her presentation will not show as ‘viewed’ on your Attendance Record. The easy fix to this is to find her Presentation from our ‘Recorded Presentations’ button once you have logged into our website. Simply re-open her lecture, let it play a few moments and close it to let our website know you have indeed watched her lecture.
If you’ve powered your way through our Main, Culture & Diversity, Industry Speakers and Poster Presentations and still want more (or something more specific) check out our two additional lecture packs on Tongue-tie and Preterm specific issues from the Delegates Dashboard. If you do decide to or have already added these packages, you will need to visit those areas of the Delegates Dashboard to both view and claim your certificate(s) for those specific topics.
Are you worried you will not be finished the recordings and have a chance to claim your certificate(s) by May 31st? If you haven’t already, please check out the GOLD Annual Membership button from our Delegates Dashboard which will grant you another 2 weeks conference viewing time (June 15th) and 10% off future conferences. For our current GOLD Annual Members who have plans expiring soon, we will be sending out an email update shortly with some news on how and when to renew.
Finally, be sure to join us for our Closing Ceremony this May 31st at 21:00 GMT where we will recap some conference highlights and announce the winners of our conference contests! Not sure what contests we came up with? Login into our website and check out the ‘Contests and Prizes’ button.
