We’ll be kicking things off on November 4 with our Opening Keynote Speaker Neel Shah, MD, MPP, FACOG and his presentation “Growing A Family With Dignity”. Dr. Shah  is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School, and Director of the Delivery Decisions Initiative at Harvard's Ariadne Labs. His presentation will share information and insights gained from his 5 years of research. Attendees will learn about how we can create change, what gaps exist, and the impact that can be made when we focus on growing families with dignity.

This event is free to the public by reserving a seat here:

Our main conference presentations will cover key topics including managing pre-eclampsia, exercise during pregnancy, maternal cardiac disease, mental health, and more. Live Q & A periods and exclusive speaker-moderated forums give you the opportunity to ask questions and enhance your learning. You can also tailor your conference experience with lecture packs. Our Breech Birth and Mental Health in the Perinatal Period lecture packs allow you to delve deeper into these topics with focused presentations.

Wrapping up our live presentations will be our Closing Keynote event on November 18. Wendy Jones, PHD MRPHARMS will present “Breastfeeding and Medication. Are They Compatible?”. Dr. Jones’ work has been invaluable to health care providers working with breastfeeding families. Her 30 years in the field of lactation have spanned work as a community pharmacist, as a breastfeeding peer supporter, as an author, and more. During this presentation, attendees will refresh their understanding of pharmacokinetics and will examine specific chronic conditions which may be encountered in practice.
