Continuing Education Credits

Are you working towards a professional designation or need to re-qualify? We've got you covered! GOLD Lactation Conference provides you with a variety of educational credits to earn based on the numbers of lectures you attend or watch, the length of the presentation and the topic. We currently offer CERP, CME, CME, Nursing CEU, Dietetic CPEU, and Midwifery CEU credits. Easily keep track of the presenations you view and at the end of the conference, submit your attendance to automatically generate your accreditation certificate(s). Below is a break down of the credits we are offering this year.

CERPs:
GOLD Lactation 2014 has been allocated 26 CERPs by the IBLCE for the Main Conference, 6 CERPs for the Tongue-tie Lectures Add-on and 4 CERPs for the Preterm Lectures Add-on. IBLCE Approval Number C1443188.

Main Conference - 26.75 CERPs - (16.5 L-CERPs, 8.5 R-CERPs, 1.75 E-CERPs)
Tongue-tie Add-on - 6 CERPs - (5 L-CERPs, 1 R-CERPs)
Preterm Add-on - 4 CERPs - (3 L-CERPs, 1 R-CERPs)

CMEs - Continuing Medical Education:
GOLD Lactation 2014 has been allocated 35.75 AMA PRA Category 1 credits.

Main Conference - 25.75 CMEs
Tongue-tie Add-on - 6 CMEs
Preterm Add-on - 4 CMEs

Nursing CEUs - Nusing Contact Hours:
GOLD Lactation 2014 has been allocated 35.75 AMA PRA Category 1 credits. AMA Credits are recognized & accepted continuing education hours by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Main Conference - 25.75 Nursing CEUs
Tongue-tie Add-on - 6 Nursing CEUs
Preterm Add-on - 4 Nursing CEUs

Dietetic CPEUs - Dietetic Continguing Education Units:
GOLD Lactation 2014 has been allocated 31.25 CPEU's by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Main Conference - 21.25 Dietetic CPEUs
Tongue-tie Add-on - 6 Dietetic CPEUs
Preterm Add-on - 4 Dietetic CPEUs

Midwifery CEUs - Midwifery Continguing Education Units:
GOLD Lactation 2014 has been allocated 20 Midwifery Contact Hours equivalent to 2.0 CEUs by the Midwifery Education Accreditation Council (MEAC). MEAC ID number M1314-26-0415EDE.

Main Conference - 18.5 Contact Hours - 1.85 CEUs
Tongue-tie Add-on - 6 Contact Hours - .6 CEUs
Preterm Add-on - 4 Contact Hours - .4 CEUs
