CE Lecture Library
- Do I need a membership to access GOLD Learning Lectures?
No, membership is not required to access GOLD Learning education. However, GOLD Annual Membership gives you 10% discount on all GOLD Learning lectures and events along with other benefits. Learn more about the GOLD Annual Membership here.
- What are lecture packs?
Presentations may be available individually or via a lecture pack. Lecture packs are a set of lectures that have been put together based on a specific category or topic. Some lectures will be available in both individual and lecture form, whereas others will be available only via a lecture pack
- How much does it cost?
Pricing for each lecture or bundled pack varies based on the total educational hours available. On average, the cost per educational hour is approximately $18 USD.
- How much time do I have?
Each product will specify the amount of time available to view the presentation(s). When purchasing multiple lectures in the same lecture cart, your time will be cumulative. Time is displayed in number of weeks.
- Do I need to do a test?
In order to receive accreditation credits for viewing the lecture, you will be required to answer a short quiz to satisfy the requirements by the Accreditation Bodies. You will be able to preview the questions prior to starting the lecture and can complete the questions after you have viewed the presentation.
- What if I run out of time?
We've set the viewing period for each lecture so that you should have plenty of time to watch and re-watch a presentation. If you run out of time, please contact us.
- Can I watch a presentation more than once?
YES! You can view the presentation as many times as you would like until your viewing period is over.
- Will there be Handouts?
YES! Each lecture comes with a PDF handout provided by the Speaker.
- Some lectures include a Q&A Session, what does that mean?
During our online conferences, presentations that occur live are also followed by a short 15 minute Question & Answer Session. The Speaker addresses questions that were posted by Delegates during the presentation. We include the recording of these Q&A Sessions as a bonus for you.
- When will the presentations for the latest Conference be available?
Not only are the Online Conferences cheaper, but they are much more exciting for Delegates to attend. If you missed a conference, you'll have the opportunity to view the presentations at a later date through GOLD Learning. Typically presentations from a Conference will not be available on GOLD Learning for at least 6 months after the end of the Conference.
- How do I update my email address?

- I don't have a credit card, can I use other means of payment?
For non credit card payments, a $20 processing fee will be applied for individuals and a $30 processing fee will be applied for groups registrations.
- Where can I get a receipt?
Receipts will be available to be printed once you have completed your cart purchase. Also receipts will be available in your "My Account" section.
ACCREDITATION
- Which Accreditation Credits are you offering?
Different lecture packs offer different credits. We offer a variety of different credits, CERPs, CMEs, Nurse Contact Hours, CPEUs, Midwifery CEUs, Midplus Points and ACNM CEUs.
- Can I receive another credit if I have already viewed the presentation at a past GOLD Conference?
We would suggest that you do not re-submit continuing education hours for a presentation that you have viewed already at one of our past conferences.
- If multiple people view a presentation, can we all receive credits?
Unfortunately not. Credits are only available to the person the GOLD Learning Account is associated with. We encourage each person in your group to purchase the lectures separately and if you would like to have a viewing party, please contact us to assist you with the accreditation organization.
TECHNOLOGY
- Can I download the presentations to watch later?
It's not possible to download the presentations, but you can watch the recorded version as often as you like till the end of your viewing period.
- What software do I need to watch presentations?
To watch live webinar presentations you can either access via your browser or via the Adobe Connect app which you can download here - https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html#Application. Recorded presentations do not require any additional software.
- Can I watch the presentation on a Tablet or other mobile device?
